pbs played joseph campbell's 'power of myth' and i thought of senior year. how happy and hopeful and secure life was.

its senior year, again. this time around, life isn't so secure.

joseph campbell tells us to follow our bliss.

try as i might, i'm second guessed and shrugged off. disbelieved or urged not to.

if i don't go now. if i don't try. i'll risk living my life too settled, half-fluent, unaffected.
