i have a feeling i bought into a scam today. first, im calling in response to a help wanted add for bartenders (no experience necessary) for a bar called "Chaser Lounge," the next thing i know i'm signing up for a correspondance bartending course with a promise that they'll place me as soon as I fax in my take-home test on all the drinks i must memorize.

the more i type about it, the more i realize how shady this is.

my cynical mother taught me so much better than this...
